Vintage Dresden Rose Hand Painted Plate

This is a pretty vintage, possibly antique Dresden plate from Germany. It is white with scrolls, some reticulation, scalloped edge and some gilding. The pink roses are hand painted. 8.5" Condition - excellent. No issues though there is a previous owners label on the bottom and there is one dark spot (see pic.) That is a manufacturing issue. AB
