Vintage Dragonware Teapot Salt & Pepper Shakers

2.5" H Vintage set of salt and pepper shakers. Look like miniature tea pots. Hand painted, probably somewhere Asian judging from the design. Has hand painted dragons on them. Cork bottoms, some wear and scratches on the surface, please see photos.
