Vintage Dr. Badvibes action figure 1988

Vintage Dr. Badvibes 1988 Action Figure Cops C.O.P.S. N Crooks Hasbro 1980s. About 5.75” tall. Has lots of wear and discoloration. Please see pictures for condition and details. This does have a slight smoke smell if you put your nose to it so it was probably owned by a smoker before.
