Vintage Dori Black Surplice Blouse

This is a cute faux wrap surplice blouse with a wooden shell-like embellishment and a pattern on one side in front. Cap sleeves are split at the top. I believe it is vintage 90s. It doesn't have size tag or care instructions, but I think it is a large, it is way too big for my 33" 25" 34" mannequin. It measures about 38" at the bust & 28" at the waist. I think it is polyester. I gentle washed it in a lingerie bag and hung to dry. It is in very good pre-owned condition, no obvious flaws.
