Vintage Doncaster Wool Dress 1960s

This is such a stunning and rare find! Vintage Doncaster that I believe is from the 1960s based on dress construction and the tag. No size, but measurements are as follows: length: 43.5, pit to pit: 18, waist 16.5. There is no size tag, but based on the bust measurement, I think this will best fit a medium. It does come with a matching fabric belt that can be used to draw in the waist. There is also materials tag, but the dress is heavy and feels like wool to me. It is fully lined. I saw a few small holes in the lining, but I cannot find any holes in the outer fabric. All of the jewels on the cuffs and neckline are there! It's in remarkable shape. It does need new loops for the 3 hooks at the top of the neckline in the back.
