Vintage Don Sachs 50’s full skirted midi dress

Vintage cute little dress. Shiny material that makes noise when it moves. Sweet boat neck. Could accommodate a crinoline underneath. Oddly, the full, pleated skirt was sewn together on the bottom sides at one point. Maybe so it wouldn’t look so full? Can be undone. Fun plaid pattern with just the tiniest bit of seam pulling at the waist (pictured) A belt would cover. 14 inches across waist. 16 inches from armpit to armpit. A Don Sachs Original
