Is it taken in at the waist and now it is a 26? Or does this mean that it’s smaller than a 26?

@msnnj hello so sorry just saw this! It is now a 26, what I mean by taken in is I just did a pass with the sewing machine to tighten the waist about half an inch. But a seam ripper could take it out pretty easily if not wanted
