Vintage Dolce Vita 10k White Gold Heart Necklace w/CZs - 18" Chain

This is a new in box vintage Dolce Vita 10k white gold heart pendant with cubic zirconia stones and an 18" fine chain. The chain is not marked separately. The back of the pendant is shown in the photos and has the original tag on the chain. It has a tiny spring ring closure. The necklace has never been removed from the box. The heart measures approx. 5/8" x 5/8". On the back of the necklace it says 10K, HN in an oval, and CZ. HN stands for the Heng Ngai Jewelry Group/manufacturer based in Hong Kong and founded in the 1980s.
