Hello! Are these boots from the 1990's? Would you say they run true to size? I wear a US 7 but sometimes 6.5. Would these boots be too small?

@marshfield27 I’m not too sure on when they were made- I purchased them from a vintage store. These boots do run true to size I would say they are a true size 6!
