Vintage Diplomacy Board Game Avalon Hill Bookcase Complete Not Played

Up for your consideration is a vintage Bookcase Board Game by Avalon Hill - Diplomacy. The board - the front of the board is in good condition. On the back you can see a few white marks. When the board is folded out to be played with, one of the fold edges is sticking up a bit. The second to the last of the photos I have showed the back of this area. I think it's from being stored so long. Colored pieces - all are in good condition and still in the shrink wrap. Conference Maps - all are present and none have been written on. One of the maps is pulled away from map pad. Rules and other paper - all are in good condition. Please note: I have shown four small cardboard squares. I'm not sure what these are for but they were in the box. I don't see these being on the list of pieces included to play the game but I'm including them anyway. The inside of the box shows spotting. The outside of the box has a lots of wear.
