@wantal hi there, sorry, I don't think Dior has cleaning services for this type of bag but im not 100% sure. You can try using the cleaners, but if there's a "bag spa" in your area, that would be the best place to get it cleaned. This is a cloth material so it can be gently hand-washed as well.
