Vintage Dinner Waitress Uniform Shirt

This is a uniform shirt that looks like it just came from a vintage dinner. It has a back zipper and faux button on the front. It has the look like it is a shirt and vest but it is one piece. It has a tag from the uniform company that says it is size 12 Med and is about 28 1/2 inches long,18 inches pit to pit, and 14 inches at the waist flat. It is in nice shape.
