Beautiful and vibrant 1980’s Vintage Diane Freis 1980’s Blue Floral Dress. Dress has puff sleeves that are pleated with elastic cuffs. There are lovely wood beaded tassel ties at the neckline, the waist is cinched with elastic, and it has built in shoulder pads. Comes with a matching belt. Dress is in excellent vintage condition, no noticeable flaws. Dress fits like a Small/Medium Measurements when laid flat: Bust- 18” Waist- 11” (Can stretch to almost double this size) Dress Length- 48” Belt length- 38”
