Vintage Diana Hansen Young painting 1998

Charming portrait of mother peacefully holding daughter, her arms almost billowing around the young girl like clouds. Signed and dated. Caption reads: "The only time we have is now ... diana hansen young 1998" Original matting within a simple sanded/oiled wood frame made of Koa. Approx. 21 inches x 17" On quality weighted paper... I thought this was a print but after doing some research and taking a closer look (see last 2 pics), I am thinking it may actually be an original. Because of the natural grained appearance of the paper as well as overlapping of the watercolors.
