Vintage Devon sleeveless blouse/ belt

This 70's Design by Devon is unique, different , and colorful. You get a leaf and flowers design but with unusual colored Flowers and different, rare leaf designs, to finish off the look you get colored thin bars perfectly spaced & placed perfectly, and last to bring everything together is a matching belt. This is a very rare shirt to find, I couldn't find even one online. No visible flaws, Excellent condition, was well cared for.
