Vintage Designer NWOT low wedge heel shoes 7M

New without box, vintage Norman Kaplan low wedges. This is a designer show from a Las Vegas boutiques. They are tan suede with pretty painted pony patches in brown and chestnut. There is a neat little V detail at the back of the heel. Heel height is 1.75, Size 7 M, leather upper and man-made balance. I think these run small and somewhat narrow.
