Vintage Designer NORMA KAMALI Velvet & Lace Dress

Size 8 Measurements: Chest 32", Shoulders 16.5", Waist 28", Hip 52", Sleeve 23", Length 55". - Removable shoulder pads -The end of the strand of rhinestones along the waist is loose on one side only at the zipper, it needs to be tacked down and one rhinestone at that same spot is missing (shown in pics). - This is a vintage dress, there may be other minor flaws that were unnoticed. - The rhinestone accents along the waist, cuff, and skirt may have been added to this dress by a previous owner.
