Vintage Derby wool Hat

Michael Howard 100% wool hat for Mr Charles. Royal blue and black with silk black flowers and feathers. The net is broken unfortunately , I will try to fix it but it can be removed as well This hat has been in my family since the late 80s but it has never been used.
