Vintage Denim Skirt

Vintage Guess Denim Skirt Mesures about 14” across the waist and 19” long. Marked as size 32, but vintage sizing (aka runs small). Does not fit me I am a size Large (10/12 I have 31” waist and 42” hips) This would fit someone who is a size 8.
