The shell is 65% polyester 35% rayon. The lining is 100% rayon. The waste is 12.5 in. Hip to hip is 17 inch. Length is 22in. The skirt has pockets a slit on the back and is lined. There is one little spot on the front of skirt could be cleaned possibly. But is not that noticeable.
