Vintage Delia’s Morgan bright blue jeans 1990’s

These deep sky blue Morgan style Delia’s jeans are so vintage I remember wearing them in high school in 1996. I think I only wore them a time or two, because they a little faded but quite newish looking. Size is 9/10R on the tag, but I’ve provided measurements. I may be off a small bit, please see pictures.
