Vintage Delft Blue and White Dutch Shoes Brooch Windmill Scene Ceramic Sweet

Sweet little ceramic Dutch Shoes strung on a silk cord from a safety pin. Signed Delft and painted with a windmill scene in blue on white. Could be removed from pin for reuse. Shoes are 1 1/2 in, pin in total approx 3 1/4 in condition: very good vintage c c. probably 1960's or so
