Vintage Deep Brown Double Tie Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @rainasclosetxo. Loved it, but didn't fit me the way I thought it would. It is a vintage dress, but Im guessing it's from the 90s so the size 14 is closer to a modern 14. Made by DW3 for David Warren. Color is a deep, dark brown a little on the red side. Rough Measurements (measuring tape): Bust (armpit-to-armpit, tied): 20" Waist (side-seam-to-side-seam, tied): 18" Hips (side-seam-to-side-seam, tied): 21" Length (from high-point-shoulder): 33"
