Vintage Decorative Plate, Reverse Decoupage Glass Dish, Octagonal, Shells Beachy

This is a beautiful Glass Plate in a hand-crafted Reverse Decoupage design. Unmarked / unsigned. The front of the plate is clear glass, with a gold painted edging. It is backed in the decoupage design that shows patterned sea shells on a striped background. The reverse of the plate has a strips-of-paper design with latin writing. Very professionally done and beautiful. The plate is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear issues on the decoupage. The gold paint edging does have some wear. See photos.
