Vintage Decked Out Maternity Dress

All measured on one side and in inches -- bust: 18.5, shoulder: 15, total length of dress: 35. Arm width is 6 inches; material is loose at the bottom but not super stretchy. Not sure of exact sizing but it does still have it's tag.
