True vintage new with tags vintage deadstock 1980s flower floral print indie short puff sleeve dress with shoulder pads. Dress is made by Petite Lanz and fits a line cut through the torso and full and feminine through the hips. Dress is mostly a black with peach and pink flowers and green leaves throughout. Dress comes to about the knees depending on height and does not have stretch with a button up back. Dress has hoops for a belt should you want to wear one. Vintage size 6 - would best fit a 26-28 inch waist, measurements in photos. Excellent vintage condition, unused deadstock.
