Vintage Deadstock 60's Shift Dress Size 14

Hello deadstock! This still has the tags on from J.C. Penny, or Penny's as it says on the tag. There is some slight discoloration on the shoulder, from sitting in a closet for many years. I believe this should clean out, but I wanted to sell it new with tags on. The fabric has great sparkle to it.
