What a great little percolator! Works just fine. Specific instructions can be found online, but simply add your water and then your grounds and plug it in and let it do it's thing! Once done, unplug it and you're ready to serve (bottom/heating element, stays intact). Overall very clean and in great condition with original parts. No chips or cracks. Because it's used there is some coffee staining as might be found in items like these but this doesn't affect how it works. Plug is free from defects and sockets are not corroded.
