I'm interested in the dress. Can you tell me the length of the dress and whether there is damage to the sequins (missing or loose)? I can't tell if some are just overturned in the photo. Thanks!

Sorry, I'm also wondering if it would fit a 31" waist and 38" hip. I think the fabric stretches, though I wouldn't want it to be much.
