Vintage David Brown California Teal Floral Tulip Dress Size Small

Cotton lightweight dress in great condition - no tears, stains, discoloration, etc. in my opinion does not appear to have been worn frequently. Dress measurements included in listing photos. The dress size is small but is very float / loose fitting and may fit more like a size medium. Has two loops on the sides for a belt. I am assuming from the 70s or 80s!
