Vintage velvet, jewel green sleeveless dress with belt that has a jeweled buckle. V- neckline front and back. Back zipper. One belt loop is loose and easily sewn back in place. Belt has sewn notches. Velvet is in good condition for the age of the garment. Rhinestone belt buckle has slight discoloration from glue. Doesn’t distract from appearance. Vintage size 16 by mark on belt.
