Vintage Dark Floral Skirt

Beautiful and airy floral skirt from Express! Bought at a thrift store, originally sold in ~2004. Super lightweight, double lined, high waisted, stretchy waistband, zip up closure with a top button. Not super short, hits mid thigh (for reference, I’m 5’4”.) waistband is 12” but stretches to 15” easily.
