Vintage dark blue dress with white polka dots and floral trim. Semi sheer long sleeves, and hidden zipper at the back. Optional waist tie. I love the flowers at the bodice! The brand tag says Connections. I don't see a size or material tag but in my opinion this fits like a modern day size small (see below measurements). Good gently used vintage condition.
