This Daddy's Long Legs 13" CricketThis Daddy's Long Legs 13" Cricket doll is from the "Clown Series". Hand painted, Cricket has a sculpted body made of resin. She is wearing her All-American costume and a skirt and petticoat with netting. Her hairbow and wire-framed glasses complement her outfit. Legs are made of soft cloth fabric. Made in USA.Cricket has been clowing' around ever since she was added to the family. Each doll in the family of " Daddy's Long Legs" is designed by Karen Germany of Southlake, Texas. The personality of the character is first decided, then sculpted by a staff artist ( this doll was sculpted by Marilyn Wade), skillfully molded, reproduced in resin, and handpainted by a team of talented aritists. Cricket was designed in 1998. Cricket comes with glasses, a tag describing her, the 2008 catalog she is listed in, a drawing for a free Daddy's Long Legs doll, a pamplet to join the "Daddy's Long Legs" Collectors Club, and a Certificate of Authenticity. She is in her original packaging and protective padding. She was originally bought for $94 in 1998.Cricket is 13.5" tall. Crafted in 1997 by Karen Germany.
