free2b_me_lindy Hello, would you pls post a pic or two of any markings on this item for us to see the true era/ year in which it was created, & the manufacturer. If this is really an antique (an item that is at least 100 years old; & on some items, an item can be labeled as an “antique” if it’s over 50+ years old), it should have an identifier, in the cast iron, on the underbelly of the dog, or @ least a stamp/ marking on the base of this... Thank you for any added pics + info! 🙏😊

zzbabe @terrydietrich they will start breaking down into dust,keep your old ones inside,,if you see any start of depreciation,use rustolium spray,the same color as duck or dog
