This is a Dept. 56 Snowbabies figurine titled "A Wish for Snow" featuring a Snowbaby holding a snowglobe with a penguin inside. It is a white figurine in the shape of a Snowbaby, standing 4 1/2" high. This original piece is from the Snowbabies collection, manufactured in China in the year 2000.
