Gorgeous, unique blue-green translucent dress with fitted waist and light-flesh tone nylon slip to wear under. Top dress has flower style stitching on a light pattern poly fabric. Never seen one like it. Purchased at Cynthia Rowley flagship store in the 90's. Zips in back.Excellent condition.
