Vintage Cutoff Dress

this dress is soooo cute! looks cute with a shirt underneath or just a bralette! has 3 buttons down each side, two front pockets, frayed hem on the bottom. it’s a size large and i’m usually a small/medium but it has a cute oversized look! i bought it at a little vintage consignment store!
