Vintage Cute little Porcelain Doll Figure - Pretty Dress & Basket of Flowers

I know little to nothing about these Porcelain Dolls but I’m listing this one. It appears the young girls Face (head) and Hands (arms) are made of porcelain but her feet, boot looking, are painted black so they may be something different. The dress is made of a paper type material but nicely sown as needed. That’s what makes me thing she is an older doll. I used my small plant stand (sorry it’s not included) to stand her up for her pictures. It appears she could also be hung up as well. A tag under her dress says, Jocelyn Mostrom, Made in Taiwan for Kurt S. Adler, Inc. if that helps any. Please see all pictures attached for details, size and condition.
