Vintage 1980’s custom-made shoes by Wellington. These heels are blue and white with gold toes They show wear consistent with their vintage age. Please see all photos for the best description of condition. I had these custom made in the late 1980’s in Europe when I was stationed there with the USAF. I wear a size 7 1/2 or 7.5.
