Vintage Crown Label Made in Japan Asian-Inspired Short Sleeve Blouse or Jacket

This is a vintage Asian influenced kimono type bell-sleeved blouse or jacket. There is no size on tag- here are measurements: Chest size: 19” Length: 29” Sleeves: 17” width of sleeve 8.5” Bottom: 21” The closure is a cloth loop closure. There are 4 closures down the front and the bottom side vents are 5”. The inside is a Tiffany-Blue liner. There are marks on the inside of the velvet collar.
