Vintage Cross Stich/Needleoint Purple Iris In Frame

Very very beautifully done! Circa 1999, "signed" by the maker (sticker on back by her). In excellent condition and in a very nice, heavyweight metal frame in a gardening theme. Not sure if this is cross stitch or needlepoint. Frame is 6.5" x 5", opening is 4.5" x 3"
