This is such a fun find! This is a vintage sweater with cats (or bears?) along the bottom. The cats are wearing hats or berets and scarves! Red collar on the sweater. Blue base with cats wearing red accessories. No tags. Likely cotton or a cotton blend. No size tag, but likely a size S or M. Check below measurements carefully to insure best fit. Sweater is in good vintage condition with a small pull on the seam of one arm. See photos for flaw. It’s hard to see.
