Vintage Cranberry Red Blouse

Beautiful vintage blouse in good used condition. Just one flaw (pictured). Not sure of the material but it feels synthetic. The size tag says 9 but I would call this a size small in today’s sizing. Offers welcome! **skirt also available!!
