Vintage Cowgirl skirt. High waisted ruffle skirt. Eyelet trim on the hem. Side zipper closure. Can be made a customized size if a piece of elastic is inserted into the back panel and attached to the 2 buttons (as shown in pic). The waist is 14-1/2" across, the length is 20" and the hips are 19" across.
