Vintage Couture {TESS} Paris-Milano Blouse

Stunning Couture Vintage Pleated Blouse by TESS Paris-Milano (Clerici Tessuto). Guessing it is an XL to 1X (size tag missing) as it measures 31.5" across bust and 24" long. It feels like silk to me, but possibly poly. Button Keyhole back closure. Gathered at sleeves with wide cuff and button closure. Shoulders have pretty blousing/ruching. When held up to light it has slightly sheer mesh panels between the pleats. Smashing! *Inner brand Tag detached on one side but other side still stitched.
