Vintage Couture Pearl Beaded Top, Size 4-6

I don't know that this is a Versace for sure, I do know that it is vintage couture, likely custom made for a client and hand-beaded. I bought it in NYC at a boutique selling vintage Versace. There are no tags of any kind on it, but I wore it when I was a size 4-6. It is drop-dead gorgeous. I would give anything to believe I could one day fit in this again, it is one of my very best pieces. There are four beads missing, see photo. These could be moved from an inconspicuous spot, or just sewn up. Unless you are directed to look, it is not noticeable with everything else this top has going on.
