This dress is a little bit country, a little bit rock and roll, and a whole lot of 80’s! The fabric is a super soft 100% cotton flannel. It has a v-neckline with ruffles. The sleeves and the bottom hem also have ruffles. Elastic waist. Pockets!! Leg-of-mutton sleeves with lightly padded (tulle padding) shoulders.
