Vintage Cotton Dress w/ Matching Belt

Light weight cotton button up dress with matching fabric belt. In great condition with no holes or pulls. Missing one button at the bottom. Short sleeve, mid calf length. No size indicated but probably 10-12 medium. Waist 18”, length from shoulder 44”.
