Vintage Coro Vendome 1950's Faux Pearl/ Aurora Borealis Crystal Bead Pin/Brooch

This high quality, stylish pin/broochis unique in design. The combination of faux pearls and aurora borealis crystal beads gives it an elegant look. The cut of the crystal beads give the pin/brooch a sparkly, star-like look. This pin measures about 2 ½” in diameter. All of the faux pearls and crystals are intact. The safety clasp mechanism is fully functioning. This brooch is very gently loved and in excellent condition. (Vendome is stamped on the back of the pin) {{Vendome was the high-end label of Coro Jewelry from 1944 to 1979. Emmanuel Cohn and Carl Rosenberger founded Coro at the turn of the century in New York. In 1937, the company began using the Corocraft name for their higher end pieces. Later, Coro’s most luxurious pieces were branded Francois (1944 to 1960) or Vendome (1944 to 1979). Other marks included Coro Pegasus and Coro Originals. In 1953, Vendome became an official subsidiary of Coro.
